About Me

Cristina has been dedicated to a career in financial services and has garnered experience across both the traditional and next generation financial industry landscapes. She started her career on Wall Street, working at Goldman Sachs and BlackRock. She then pivoted to fintech and joined Plaid's Go To Market team in San Francisco, where she spent several years at the top of the sales leaderboard. In 2022, she joined the embedded finance company, Unit, where she managed the company’s largest strategic partners and enterprise clients. Cristina has been building a large global fintech community since 2021. She now supports both startups and established institutions in advisory work. Cristina was recognized as a leader in the fintech community by being named an Inspiring Fintech Female by NYC Fintech Women in 2020 and 2022. She currently resides in Manhattan and enjoys overpaying for boutique fitness classes, cooking up new recipes for friends, and connecting good people with each other. Cristina consults on fintech sales strategy, community building, and career transitions from financial services to fintech.

Having sat in every sales role - from an entry-level Business Development Representative to the VP of Sales reporting directly to the CEO - I know the drill. My experience completing end-to-end sales cycles for my entire career has equipped me to help your team. After building a global community from the ground up, I’m able to help you plan events while avoiding the typical pitfalls. After transitioning my career from Wall Street to tech and writing job kits and completing interviews and debriefs on hundreds of candidates across my time at 5 companies, I know how to hire and get you hired.

After a much-needed sabbatical to Italy and Asia, I made the conscious choice to forgo sales leadership opportunities so I could help other teams thrive full-time.
